Definitions

Organization   EU Passport - taskforce.eu
Visitor Individual who visits the website using an internet communications device.
Client Individual who purchased a product from the website.

1. General Note

1.1 BCN B.V. is the umbrella organization that owns and operates taskforce.eu.

2. General services

2.1 Visitor has access to information shared on the website.
2.2 The website contains information on European Citizenship by Descent programs.

3. Premium service

3.1 A professional, personal Passport Plan (or Assessment) is 49 (forty-nine) euros. This is a one-time charge, not a subscription.
3.2 Organization determines for which country client could apply for citizenship, based on the input client gave in the form client submitted.
3.3 The Passport Plan contains a conclusion on eligibility, discovery, links to application form(s) and a guide for client to initiate a Citizenship by Descent application process for a determined member state of the European Union.
3.4 There is a delay of five business days between receiving payment from the client and the completion of the Plan. Client receives the Passport Plan in the form of a PDF document in their account on the website.
3.5 An Passport Plan may be produced for a minor, a person under 18 years of age. The individual paying for the Passport Plan has to be an adult and family-related to the client. At least one of client's parents has to authorize.
3.6 Within five days after the purchase date of the premium service, client may request a cancellation of service and a refund.

4. Website

4.1 All materials, such as texts, graphics etc. are licensed or owned by the organization. The use or copying of any of the materials on the website without explicit consent from the organization is prohibited.
4.2 Unauthorized use of the website is not allowed. There is no visitor tracking active apart from Google Analytics.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Organization makes an effort to keep its website and resources available at all times in good faith.
5.2 No rights can be derived from an EU passport Plan issued by the organization.
5.3 Any financial disagreement between the client and organization cannot surpass the sum the client paid to the organization for its services.
5.4 Organization is not responsible for any damage, material or immaterial, resulting from the use of this website or issued advice, or actions taken by the organization. Any legal issues will be handled by a Dutch court, located in the Netherlands.

6. Security and Integrity

6.1 All website interactions are secured by SSL certificates.
6.2 All personal data shared by the client is stored securely according to GDPR rules.

The legal basis for processing your personal data is permission.

Purpose of processing

Your personal data is used by BCN B.V. for the following purpose:
Personal information you provide is used to compile a file that can be shared with governments consulates upon your instruction to do so.

Categories of personal data
The personal data we collect:
1. name;
2. address;
3. country of residence;
4. date of birth;
5. email address.

Special categories of personal data

No special categories of personal data are processed.

Sharing personal data with third party

Your data is not available to any third party, search engine or other data aggregator. Your registration will not show up on Google. Your data is only shared with a third party upon your purchase of the premium service. The third party may be the consulate of the chosen EU country, the immigration services of the particular EU country or -upon request- from our payment service provider. No personal data of persons under 18 years of age is processed.

Security

payment details, such as credit card data, is handled securely to ensure confidentiality. As per PCI compliance standards, no credit card details are stored on BCN B.V.'s servers. SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected.

Storage period personal data

BCN B.V. stores your personal data for the term of seven years at most, after which your personal data will be destroyed. When the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected, it will be destroyed.

Data protection policy

Your personal data is stored, safeguarded and protected. BCN B.V. utilizes only secure online connections. Data is stored in locations that require authorization to enter. Digital access is restricted to authorized persons, and protected by passwords. Backups are made to ensure availability. Personnel are trained to be security conscious.

Correct and delete personal data

You have the right to know which personal data we keep on you. If you request, we will correct your personal data. Deletion is possible upon request. Any request regarding your personal data must be addressed to the contact mentioned in the support section. BCN B.V. will respond to your request as soon as possible.
If you feel your personal data is being processed contrary to the rules of the GDPR, you may contact the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens and request mediation or advice between BCN B.V. and yourself.
